What can AI and ChatGPT do for me, HR, Talent and L&D?
It's hard to experiment and learn the power of tools like AI, when you don't even know how to begin, where to start, have ideas on how to apply it, or even determine what is possible today. Let's learn together during this 4-week innovation sprint.
In this 4-week innovation sprint, we will:

Week 1: Use Design Thinking Methods to Learn Together
We will research, gather inspiration & empathy, and brainstorm our way to understanding more about the power (today) and promise (for tomorrow's future of work) of AI tools like ChatGPT.

Week 2: Explore and Test ChatGPT Fundamentals
We will write, test, and refine ChatGPT prompts that help you with your everyday work in L&D, HR, and Talent.

Week 3: Experiment With Automation
We will uncover what happens when we use ChatGPT/GPT-3 in partnership with other automation/work tools such as Otter.ai, Google Sheets, Notion, and/or whatever tools you're using now at work.

Week 4: Document Our Learnings To Share With Our Teams
We will crowdsource and write up a list of implications, use-cases, and/or surprises we uncovered as a result of our sprint. That way, you can bring it back to your team to share your knowledge and new-found skill set.
How will this work?
In this sprint, you'll learn with a small cohort of professionals in L&D, HR, and Talent to uncover the power and potential of AI and tools like ChatGPT. We will use real world use-cases and get inspired from one another's ideas.
You'll walk away with:
✧ A practical understanding of how to use the AI tool called ChatGPT.
✧ Real-world experience using ChatGPT for the work you do today.
✧ A running list of tested uses cases so you can bring back your learning to your colleagues and show them how AI works at work.
✧ A brainstormed list of additional untested ideas for how/what ChatGPT (and other AI tools) can be used in HR, L&D, and Talent organizations.
✧ Awareness of other AI and automation tools that can be used in conjunction with ChatGPT to experiment with or apply back at work.
Why I created this innovation sprint:
Working for over 20 years at the intersection of people and technology, I am keen to practice what's on the bleeding edge of HR, L&D, and Talent with other tech-interested professionals. I've found that learning applied through cohort-based innovation sprints is an excellent way to multiply learning outcomes. Let's get the compounded results of learning together as a collective!
